Ben and Josevie founded Thriving Lifestyles Capital after recognizing a consistent problem in the market: investors with viable deals were losing opportunities because they could not access the right capital quickly enough. Traditional lending could move too slowly, while alternative options could lack clarity.
They set out to build a brokerage with a different standard—transparent communication, investor-first underwriting perspectives, and lender relationships that understand how essential speed and execution are in real estate.
